Phase 01: Concept & Tufting Every piece starts as a blank canvas. Whether we are laying down the striking lines of an exclusive anime drop or mapping out a custom statement piece, the foundation is everything. We use a high-density tufting technique, packing the yarn tightly to ensure the final piece is rich, durable, and heavy.

Phase 02: The Carving (The Micaval Signature) This is where a rug becomes art. Raw tufting leaves a flat, fuzzy surface. We take specialized clippers and hand-scissors to meticulously carve, sculpt, and bevel every single color transition. This highly labor-intensive process separates and raises the lines, creating a deep 3D texture that makes the design physically pop off the canvas.

Phase 03: The Finish A premium piece requires a premium finish. Every Micaval piece is securely backed with high-grade, non-slip backing and finished with clean, bound edges. The result is a bold, deeply textured statement piece built to anchor your space.
