Custom Made to Order Rugs: we offer a 14-day exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. No Refunds.
Ready To Ship Rugs: For rugs already made, we offer both a 14-day refund and a 14-day exchange if you are not satisfied with the quality or design of your rug.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes expectations may not be met. If this happens, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same piece within 14 days of receipt, provided the rug is in its original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Modifications to the Original Design
If you wish to exchange your rug for the same piece with some changes (e.g., color, size, etc.), we can accommodate this request for an additional cost, based on the modifications needed. Please contact us directly to discuss the details and associated fees.
Exchange for a Different Piece
If you would prefer a completely different rug, we can process an exchange. However, please note that you will only receive 80% of your original purchase price as a refund, and you will be required to pay the full price for the new rug. Return shipping costs are still the responsibility of the customer.
How to Process an Exchange
1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your rug to request an exchange.
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
3. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.
4. Once we receive the returned rug and it meets the exchange criteria, we will process your new order or make the necessary adjustments.
